Me? No, but it did have a slight vibration rattle, but that's because I installed it in the dark in my driveway without a flashlight and didn't read directions......

It shouldn't hit your exhaust, unless you're hangers are too short. If not, then just remove the factory heat shield for the shifter. four bolts and you're golden.

I wouldn't trade my dual bend Buddy Club shifter for anything else. Ask trent, it's the best f*ckin short shifter you can buy for your Civic.

Feels and fits perfect. It's strong but not too heavy (still somewhat heavy), which makes it feel great because it feels sturdy. The bend is just the right amount and it puts the **** in the perfect place. I couldn't have asked for more satisfaction.
