Default Are SPEC brand clutch kits a good buy?????

I need to buy a new clutch for my d15b block in my 95 ex!! and im trying to get a stage 2 or 3 clutch with resonable holding power but not all out race!! I found a site that will sell me the spec stage 2 clutch for 285 shipped!! Is this a good deal or are they junk!! Im new to the whole civic world!! All inputs will be greatly appreciated!!

go with action clutches, 315 and they are only 25% harder pedal pressure than stock and they hold 275hp
