Speed Sensor Location?

I own a 1994 Civic DX, 5 spd. My speed sensor has cease to function at all and I just brought a new at Autozone. I know it is on the transmission, but where is, and is it simple to install? I'm novice mechanic inclied but I could use some pointers.

Thats a picture of where the VSS is. Its not really that good of a picture. I've never changed a VSS, so i don't really know where it is.
