today i noticed that it takes a little more effort to shift gears, wut can this be? is it a sign of my tranny going bad?? bad syncros, something i should really worry about, maybe change the mtf fluid

If you haven't changed the MTF in a while, change it. After you drain the fluid, you can check the fluid for bronze metal shavings which are a sign of worn out synchros. There are detents in the shifty fork, if there is a problem with these detents, it can make it harder for you to move the shift lever. Are any gears in particular giving you a problem?

well when i go to neutral to first it does require a little effort, form 1st to second it takes effort, from 2nd to third it takes less, effort, from third to fourth even less effort and then to fifth no effort, i know ppl say it doesnt matter if u change mtf fluid cause manuals dont really need it,but think it would be a better

Did you bang on your shifter linkage at all? It it's warped it can make it tougher to shift into gears. You could try putting a new bushing into your shifter linkage. Theres also a bushing under your shifter boot that might of gotten torn or something just speculating. I would change the transmission fluid though, i'm going to do it soon to my manual soon.
