Torque converter replacement price
I am planning on replacing the torque converter on my 99 civic dx. There is nothing wrong with the current converter. I just want to put a high performance one in. How much will this cost?

Huh?
Are you talking about the torque mounts under the car?
If so, this would be a cheap method:

Or you can go with the Energy suspension inserts:

Or you can buy new torque mounts like these:

^ He's talking about the torque converter in the tranny, his cars automatic.
Why replace it if you don't need one? If you tranny isn't slipping why? You'd only have to upgrade if you are putting too much power out, and at that point do a manual swap since Honda trannys can't handle much power. I doubt there's even high performance torque converters for Honda's anyways.
