tranny price

do you think 500 dollars shipped is a lot for a 89-91 si tranny and a new exedy clutch kit. it will be shipped from rhode island to detroit

i paid about 80 for mine, but it was really an undercover cop and i was arrested...

well, i don't believe it's stolen, but hes asking 350 + shipping which is like 150. so the clutch is like 250 new and 100 for the trans

Yes, that's a bit expensive. Shipping an EF tranny doesn't cost $150, and even if the clutch kit is "new," a secondhand sale shouldn't go for list price.
