Water pump and clutch suggestions
I have a 00 Ex and it has 194,000 milesand I need to replace the water pump and everything involving that and I need to replace my clutch. Would it be better to pull the motor and change both that way, or leave it in and do them? What components and brand would should I go with for both? I am at least going with a stage 1 clutch, not sure on what flywheel. I do auto-x. And a pulley system. Any info would be great.
I think it would be easier to do one at a time without taking out the engine. For example, replace the timing belt and waterpump first and then move onto replacing the clutch.
For the timing belt, I recommend getting an OEM from the dealership and for the clutch, I recommend an Action clutch.

yea water pump and all go with the dealership parts, parts from pepboys etc... usually dont fit the car right. now the clutch you can get a performance one cheaper than the dealership and its better and stronger, i'd go with a carbon clutch from ACT, also get the lighten flywheel from them. you'll feel alot better shifting, dont go with a puck clutch they tend to be more rough DD.
