Sup everyone, me and my girlfriend both drive auto civics, mines is a 99 d16y8 ex and hers is a 96 d16y8 ex, and we are tired of the auto's

we are now looking into geting all the parts needed for this swap, i already got a guy (in nyc)that will do the labor for $150 a piece and the trani seem to go for about $200 on avg

well me question is, what do i need to know and be aware of b4 i get into this conversion, what would i need to switch,change,remove, would i get check engine lights? all the noob questions lol

and overall what do you guys think? (we puting manual tra so that we can get a turbo in the near futur)
