Default Ecu trouble

I have a 96 honda civic hx. I was at the gym one day and a kid offered his 99 gsr engine to me, he gave me the ecu, block, head, axles, tranny, shift linkage, harness, and all the little **** for 200 bucks!! i took it to a local engine shop right away and its in the process of being rebuilt because he ran it low on oil a few times. All is going well and as far as my knowledge goes this is a fairly simple swap. My problem is the ecu. Its a p72 OBD II ecu with a immobilizer in it. Hondata doesnt touch obd II ecu's. And if i use a p2t out of a si the fuel pressure is wrong, and i wouldnt be able to use my IM cause of the intake air bypass valve. Whats the best solution to my problem? im on a budget build up., how can i bypass the immobilizer
