Nitrous, Super Chargers, & Turbos - supercharger or turbocharger interferance

Has anyone had any problems with a supercharger or turborcharger interfering with your speakers. my uncle had a 92 M3 (bmw) and when we drove in it we always heard the whining sound come out the speakers i forgot whether it was tc or sc. Any ways he sold it a while ago and was just curious!

Well, I guess that it was a S/C. I've never heard of anybody hearing the S/C whine coming out of the speakers though.

yeah thats weird. maybe it was just a really crappy stereo system

it sounds to me like it was ignition interference. probably nothing to do with the mystery charger. ive heard this in a lot of cars. some NA, some FI.

I had that whining sound on my caravan coming out of the speakers as the revs went up...it all went away after a new alternator and good ground wires...
