Ok, no thanks on that crap.... How do I remove it so I can put some nice wheels on it without affecting anything?
What are my options? This is really pissing me off...
I have a 2008 LX 4 door ...
Any ideas? I just want to put 17x7's on it with 225/45/17's.
Help!

Anybody? I want wheels and it's hard to get a straight answer... Thought somebody on a Civic forum would know lol...

You may not have to remove or modify anything. The monitor may just compare hub speeds to each other. Consult your dealer or manual.

You can buy wheels that work with the system.

Ok, say I just take the sensors off and slap on the wheels I want... What's the worst that's going to happen, the light comes on? Or will it affect my driving somehow?

Say I just take the sensors off and slap on the wheels that I want... What's the worst that's gonna happen, the light comes on? Or will it actually affect the cars driveability, make a dinging noise for a warning etc?

Are they sensors on the valve stems, or on the wheel itself? Honda just put it there to help the majority of drivers (who don't modify their wheels), just chill out.
