I have a 98 Civic Dx and was jw if there were any parts i could swap from other cars to make any type of power gain? I know there are a million different engines that can be used in my honda but can i use any parts from other engines and have it fit on mine?

 

all u can interchange w/ ur motor are parts from an ex. i read this in an issue of honda tuning except the car was an ex of the same year. so if u research this the parts may be different but the concept is the same. and if u cant find any parts, go aftermarket it's good for the economy. get pistons and rods from a jdm zc, do a mini me swap(better compression and u get vtec), headers from an ex, bigger throttle body, and an aftermarket cam gear. and to really notice a difference also, add an ex tranny. this should pull about 150-ish hp. about as much as a stock b16.
