oiling problems

Default oiling problems

I rebuilt 1.5 lt engine 1991, but I don't have lubrication on the camshaft, rocker arms, and valves. what can I do?

Take the head off and check the oil passage in the center back of the block (directly above the oil filter.) All the oil to the head comes through there. A non-VTEC engine has an orifice there to allow limited flow to the head. VTEC heads require a wide open passage, no orifice.
