I have a ‘89 civic dx. It try’s to turn on but then just won’t start no matter how long you leave it there. There’s a spark from the distributor (placed a screwdriver inside to see if it shocks me) but when I put the cap on it doesn’t send tit o the spark plugs. So I tired every individual one ( the plugs to spark plug) by sticking metal inside and seeing if it sends some sort of electrical signal but I’ve got nothing. I don’t know what to do anymore. It was sitting since 2019, got it to run for a bit, drove it aorund for about 20 min. The next day it doesn’t even want to start. I changed the distributor, fuses, the ecu looks fine ( doesn’t send back codes) and no engine lights come on. I also replaced the entire fuel pump but that doesn’t work either. Help please
