Hi fellas, I just bought an 05 Civic LX Sedan (manual) 3 days ago and I joined here last night All I can say is I loooooovvvve the car.... I got onegripe though (as with any other sound fanatic), the factory sound system sucks... So i wanted to change the whole speaker and HU system on it. I noticed that the rear speakers are round probably 6.5". Is there anyway to install a 6x9? Or has anyone done this? I had my previous cars changed rear speakers to 6x9s and I love the ample bass coming out from it. I don't wanna install a mini sub or amp anymore. I'm more into SQs than bass. Thanks - jeff

 

i haven't upgraded the speakers in my sedan yet but from what i've heard, it's REALLY difficult. more so than coupes

 

eeewww i'll try... gotta find some good deals on ebay. I'll let you guys know what I can do wish me luck.
