Default 92 civic lx without rear speakers

okay, so I decide to upgrade the speakers in my 1992 civic lx. I look in the car one day and see that i in fact do not have any rear speakers. This kind of baffled me, because I had never noticed this (just shows how much I pay attention to my car). I was wondering if anyone new if I had to put new wiring in the back in the trunk for the speakers, or if there were already wires back there and if I just had to cut holes for the speakers and put them in. thanks. oh, and the speakers that i wanted to put there were infinity references...the narrow ones, so they're ot too deep. they're 6.5"...good choice? or not?

I'm running those in the full size, not shallow, at about 55W RMS in the front of mine, they sound great, handle the power, but those are not really made for too much bass so be careful how much bass you are sending to them. Otherwise they are a great speaker.
