is this a alirght amp?
i had a pyramid amp years ago when i was in college for two years before it got stolen. its entry level, but you get what you pay for.
that said, it never gave me any problems. actually, it was just as trouble free as my kenwood amps that I always used.
if you're out for bling, then go for the shiny jbl/alpine/eclipse stuff. if you want something cheap that does the same thing then get the pyramid. just dont go bragging about it on here. lol

No, you don't need that crossover thing, they don't even sell them anymore
They were for line input stuff, without explaining, its not for you.
You will have a crossover, all the crossover one needs with that amp, built in. No worries.
I wish I had that one.

Yeah, I assume you have a decent wiring kit, 8 gauge or smaller. As long as you have your RCA (Patch cables) running to your radio, and your remote wire as well, just wire them up to the new amp, and the hot and ground wires should just stick right in the side of the amp and hold by a set screw. If you have don't have 8 gauge wiring, or lower, I would upgrade at least your ground to 8 gauge.
Otherwise, your all set. You might want to wire them a certain way depending on what your speakers use, but all the other wires go on just as they came off the old one. Then you can ebay the old one and get some of that $$ back :-)

I had pyramid subs and they were honestly the worst subs i have ever heard. I got them off of Ebay for a good deal like that ^ but you honestly could not feel them hit at all, they were really really bad. I thnk Stumasters said it up there, you get what you pay for man.
the bottom line. about all those small amp and sub companies.. is that quality is expensive. safety is expensive. and pure crisp sound and big bump is expensive. you cant spend a few dollars and expect to get something you're gunna love. there is only one possible reason that somebody would sell a system for that cheap on ebay. one.. is that its a nice quality system.. and its stolen. and the other is that its a piece of chit. the only way to bring cost down for making a mass produced product. is to cut corners. and that leads to headaches down the road. just save your money, buy something that will last you a long time. its like buying a house instead of renting an apartment. a house builds equity, with an apartment, you're throwing your money away.
the moral of the story is... go out to the store. buy a cute little piggy bank and start puttin money in it till you got the money for a JL. haha
