Your right about the condensation. You could just install a small fan at one oend of the glove box like you would in an amp box. THen just use a relay to have it cut on with the remote turn on lead. All you would need would be one like this:

I put two of the temp leads on the amps, and then when they got too hot, the controller kicked then fans on. Worked great. I installed the controller into the armrest compartment.
