Question Bass *****

To make a long story short I bought a Kicker 1200.1 from ebay the seller didnt send me the bass ****, I see bass ***** from other companies for sale but nothing from kicker. Are all bass ***** interchangeable, and would another companies bass **** work on my amp. Let me know if anyone has tried this before.

as long as the bass **** uses the standard telephone wire to connect to the amp then it is interchangeable.

I am using the kicker 750.1 and I love having my bass **** makes it easier to kill the bass in a hurry if need be.

i used to use the bass **** all the time then it just got old to me. i just set it and left it alone.

to each their own and also every head unit is different. I dont have a mute/att button on the unit itself, there is one on the remote but not the unit.

Plus I have children so this way I can turn down the bass to where I want it for when they are in the car.

What do you mean Stu? My head unit has subwoofer controls in it also but the **** is quicker access for me then going through the menu in the unit.

Oh alright.
On mine I just push the volume **** in until it says sub and then just twist left or right to turn it up or down. But when you push the **** in on mine to access the quick menu it only has 6 different screens so you only have to push the **** up to 5 times and it's pretty fast. I have another menu that comes up when you hold the **** down, but the sub controls are in my quick menu so i'm fine on that.

On my Alpine CDA-9885s, the subwoofer is the first option, then bass, then treble. As for Bass *****, I have a bunch of RF ***** all over the house. Those work with a standard ethernet cable.
