Default CD Player

Is it bad to run a CD player right to the battery. Also well it effect to subs and or speakers in any way?????

Running the headunit directly to the battery is goin to allow use of it when the cars ignition is not engaged. Youre going to have to turn the headunit off everytime u shut the car. Which seems like a pain in the ***. It wont damage the speakers but i wouldnt be surprised if a constant 12V to the unit would cause it to burn out faster. You wanna leave it the way it is.......honda doesnt slack on stuff like that. Its best to run it thru the wire it came on, this way there are extra fuses and such to protect it.
