Default Computer audio connections

Ok, I am installing a computer in my car and had a question about the audio hookup for my Alpine deck. the attached photo sums up everything pretty much.
I need to know which way would give me the correct sound....I am thinking the one on the right would make it sound funky and that the one on the left is the correct way to do it...but i wanted yalls input.

P.S. I am soooo sorry about my bad MS pain skills

What kind of sound card is in the computer? If you can tell me I can tell you how to hook it up to get the best sound out of it.

FM mod..no way...i can hard wire it directly and get better sound.

its running off of the nForce2 chipset onboard surround audio..motherboard is a DFI LanParty Ultra B socket A, i might be replacing my desktop's Audigy 2 ZS with a X-FI card and put the audigy 2 ZS in place of the onboard (computers are my area of expertise) the green ports sent out the front right and left audio for surround while the orange does the rear left ad right...that's the way computer speakers are set up... i can either use the 2 jacks like on the right of the photo or run straight stereo from the RCA to a 3.5mm jack and just have it in the green port.
