Default Headlights and Brakelights working but everything else is not.

WASSSSAP!!!??

So my prob is this, my headlights work, my brights work, my brake lights and signals work, but my dashlights, my parking and tail lights don't. I checked the fuses under the dash and all seem good. ALSO, where can I find a pic of the label for the under dash fuse box. My Label is in Jap.

Help me out please.
Thanks

If you have a 5th Gen Civic, then dash fuse 19 is blown or the combination switch is bad.

Turn the lights on, then probe the contacts on the fuse to see if power is reaching it. No power means the light switch is bad (since it is getting power to light the headlights, but the tail light circuit is not closing). Power on only one contact means the fuse is bad.
