If yours are like mine, its pretty hard to do. You just have to get down and look at how your moving them. I don't have an upward adjustment, but if i use the left screw, it seems to pull them left and up, right takes them right and down, but moving left and right in a combo sometimes gets me the height I am looking for. That or I can just mount them and before screwing them down, lift them a little so the mounting screws sit in the middle of the mounts instead of resting against the top or bottom.
