Default need help with installing

Ok, I only have about 500 to spend on my system. I have the sony Xplod head unit, and Im getting a pioneer amp along with 2 800w subs, and two(dont know which brand im gonna get) front speakers. I dont want anything that can be heard down the block as long as it is decent and loud in the car then Im happy.

Because I have 500 to spend I cant get the store install it for me so i have to do it myself. there was a system installed before so all the wires are already there (ground, to battery, etc), now I have never done anything like this B4 so can someone please help me and point me to right direction? maybe even an website with pics or something?

Thank a lot.
-jeff.

if youve got 500 bucks, you can keep it really simple, i suggest going to best buy or something similar and getting a harness and connecing cables, that will be extreamely simple and only run you 15-30 bucks. You simply connect red to red, black to black...... ect. and plug it straight into the factory plug. hope this helps

the guy said that its really complicated and that I have to do things with the volts and etc etc. so im scared, so is it really just 'plug and play' sorta thing. like im used to working with comps and I understand the basics of all the electrical things. do you think I can do this, cuz i dont want to mess up a new system you know?

It's really easy to do. All you need to be able to do is match colors and twist wires togather. Anyone can do it.
