Radio/Head-Unit Suggestions for 2010?
I just got a 2010 Civic, and I'm looking to replace the head-unit. The OEM unit lacks Bluetooth, and sound quality isn't great. I prefer hard buttons for the basic controls (volume, answer calls, etc) but I'm not totally opposed to going full touch screen. My Civic does not have steering wheel radio control (only cruise). In the past, I've been a fan of the Pioneer (low cost, good quality) but I'm open to other suggestions also.
Necessities: Large-ish screen, Bluetooth call functionality, ability to add a RaspberryPi or other SBC (or a customizable embedded OS)
This is likely the dash kit I will use (assuming the head unit is double DIN), unless anyone has a better suggestion?

If you have an 8th Gen Honda Civic, and you've replaced the factory radio, what head unit did you use? If possible, please post some pictures? Are you happy with it? Have you had any problems or complaints? I'm looking for suggestions.
