I just recently bought a 98 civic HX, the speakers in front were missing (stolen?) when I bought it so i picked up a pair of Boston Acoustics SX65 for the front. I noticed the front just sound amazingly better than the back so I figured i should get some rear speakers too, but it seems the only boston ones that fit is the S65RC. Would those match the SX65's okay? What speakers are good for the rear?

 

I've been running a sony explode deck powering pioneer speakers front and rear. (sorry I don't remember which model of speakers or deck) but I think it sounds pretty good. Only thing it lacks is low end (I have no subs) but people are supprised by how good it sounds in there. Some have even demanded to know where I've hidden the sub...which of course there is none...

Most 6x9 size speakers sound pretty decent, don't just go by price or brand...use your ears! I've heard 200 speakers that sound better then 300 speakers!
