Default Right doorspeakers aren't working

Is there a fuse that might have blown or what?
My car is a 99 civic hatch.
The power window and door lock work.

I doubt there is a separate fuse for that one speaker. It is probably blown. I assume you have a stock sound system? Can you use the balance settings on the headunit to direct all the sound to come from that speaker? Does anything happen, or just silence? Just one speaker isn't working, correct?

96-00 Hatches came with power windows and locks from the factory? I don't ever remember seeing something like that unless the previous owner converted to doors to power.

Swap the speakers (from one door to the other) and see if the problem moves with the speaker, or stays in the same place.
