rpm gauge
alright heres another newb question. what (besides an engine swap) would cause someone to have to up grade from there stock rpm gauge to a higher one. ie on that redlines at 8 to one the reds at 10. just curious

You could buy an Type R, spoon, mugen or external tach that's got a higher redline.... But frankly it's pointless to have a tach that goes into the rpm range you won't be seeing...

like said... unless you have upgraded the motor in some way... upgrading the tach is pointless...
BUT if you realy want to be accurate then a good brand name will give you a more ACCURATE RPM. but i dont think your stock gauge is to unacurate.....
but for PROS when a build motor that is REALY PUSHED HARD they need accuracy....
