speaker connection
The other day, I was driving. Normal. Blasting my music. Normal. Not to the point that it distorted the sound or pushed the limits of the speaker, but blasting. The front left speaker started cutting out. So I turned the music down. It still did it. Then, it totally stopped playing sound. I drove it like this for about 2-3 days. I pulled off the cover about 2 days after this, and took a look at it(with the music playing low). It didn't seem blown or broken or ruined in any visual manner. So I proceeded to poke it (the black part that cushions the speaker) in several spots. At one particular spot the sound played. I take my finger off the sound stopped playing. My diagnosis is a ground (or other) wire became discontected. Am I correct?!?! Do I need a new speaker or is it just a wire. I don't really have time to pull it off. Well I have time at night, but I don't want to do it because I don't want to loose parts or anything. I want to be able to see what I am doing clearly. besides I also want to be able to put it back together in one "session". I don't like doing things at different times, all at once for me!
Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!
