Default Stock 2005 Civic Deck Subwoofer Install???

Are there RCA Jacks and a Remote Wire on the back of My stock Head unit? I have a 2005 Civic EX Special Edition, with the 6 disk Changer..... I would like to Install a Subwoofer and Amp, and would prefer to keep the Interior as stock as possible.

No. Have to go aftermarket.

actually. you can use a hi/low adapter to get signal from your rear speakers for an rca output. so you can put an aftermarket sub and amp on a factory system. the sound quality isnt goint to be as great, but the sound difference is minimal if you tune the amp and sub box correctly you should be fine.

you can also grab a remote wire from any ignition source on your vehicle. make sure you fuse the remote wire though to be safe. a 5 amp fuse can be used.

My only warning is that some factory Honda head units have funky equalization built into them to work with their crappy factory speakers. IDK if this is the case with your vehicle, but it sure was indeed the case with my 2007 Accord before the total loss accident.
