SUB AMP SPEAKER SETUP
IN your opinion what would be the best setup of new speakers, a sub, and an Amp?What i mean is what setup would give the most bass and clarity. And what would be a good place to buy (online or store)? Money isnt that much of an issue.
Thanks
Thanks
I think alot of ppl will agree that a nice set of splits (component) speakers up front will be good.
Then a normal decent set of 2-3 ways in the rear to help fill the sound
and then amp all those accordingly
then a nice sub with a nice mono block amp to spec and you should be good to go.

Crutchfield is good too because you can get different wiring diagrams for various speaker setups. I don't like buying online, because then you have to wait for your stuff, but you can get good deals - for us that worry about money.
I personally cannot stand crutchfield, they are very overpriced, but for a reason...you'll often get warranties etc. with them, but to be honest if you know how to take care of your equipment then warranty should be no problem.
There are several online stores you can go to, but your focus seems to be what to get.
It's all up to you...if you don't seem to know that much about car audio then just go to a store and listen to the material yourself. See what you think sounds best then look online for cheaper prices and buy them.
Unless you're an audiophile who cares about very slight details and/or other, don't worry about what gets best out of the best, just go to your stores and listen to the things for yourself.
BEFORE you buy these things just make sure to ask around (such as here) whether or not what you have bought will suffice.
Lets say you thought sony xplods sound good, chances are if you ask online, you're going to be told they are terrible and not to buy them. Sure, they are not top of the line, but if you like them then you like them. Just because they aren't the best doesn't mean they will blow up when you play them, it's just they are weak speakers and not as durable as others, but they will still last a few years long if used the right way.
