Subwoofer woes :( Any advice?

I will try to get some measurements tonight. It is just some generic box IMO.

No capacitors. Caps are like a band-aid, once that cap dies out, it's back to the normal dimming of headlights etc.

BTW, not sure if I mentioned this or not, but even when the system was bumping, high beams on, A/C blowing, rolling windows up and down, there was no dimming of the lights etc.
