Okay, still confused by it but are underbody neon lights illegal? i see alot of ricers putting them on nowadays and i'm still don't know if a cop can give u a ticket for that...

Its not illegal in Arkansas but i dont know about other states. Even blue and red are legal in arkansas.

LMAO!!!! as far as i understand, its illegal to be able to see the tubes. its illegal to have red or blue, and its illegal to drive with them on. i think. but it also varies from state to state.

Your local DMV. Now almost all states have a ban on blue neons, simply because they like to use them and they are trying to get it regulated so the average person will know its the fuzz if they see it. Now there are 2 purposes for them on cops, ive even done a few of them myself and asked the cops once I gave them their keys back when i was done. 1. They claim its a proof against traffic-ing. (maybe its different in other cities, but here thats what it is). 2. To keep up with the young crowd. Now I personally think that answer number 1 is bull *hit.

 

ROLF ABOUT THE ARKANSAS THING..anyways...matters on state laws,even city/towns will matter. some city cops dont care,some do.BLUE or RED is a for sure way to **** off a cop. also ,shown tubes make cops upset however, if you get a neon job done where ur tubes are showing, you deserve to get a ticket. Best option would be to have a really good job done and and just be carful. when driving, if your in an area with lots and lots of cops that have nothing to do, or your flying around attracting attention to yourself, you might wanna turn em off..

 

Wait, the best idea is alternating blue and red flashing neons... cops love that.

 

its even better to strap em to the top of ur car and get cool sheriff decals

 

I have white ones on my civic and i drive right by cops all the time here in colorado and they look and drive off, I have herd you just cant have red or blue corner markers on your car now i think they are illegal in colorado
