Assuming that the Gray is the battery backup's +12V output, then yes that all looks right.

Correct, Gray is the battery backup's +12V output.

12 to 14 gauge wire Ok to the 12V?

Thanks so much Sigracer10. This whole alarm install has been a great learning experience.

I actually though that you were powering a lot more components when I recommended the 12 to 14 gauge wire. you should actually be just fine with using the same size wire as the battery backup uses, which is probably 18 or 16 gauge wiring.
