Hi. I have just swaped a new motor into myEDM '91 civic. it's nowa D16A9, But im only usingthe 1.4 dual carb gearbox (from aD14A). It's very quick up to 100-ish butstops at 115mph and wont go any faster? Is it the ECU or the 'box?? One of my friends told me the PM7 ECU that i haveis restricted,is this true?? If it's the 'box,where could I find one? Parts for the old skool around here are like hens teeth!!
