i have a 94 civic ex... got the car pretty cheap i been replacing few things here and there... every time i pull off slowly i hear a fairly loud click... i replaced lower mounts, top mounts and axles... can any one give me some more ideas of what this might be???

Can you reproduce the sound when the front end is up on jacks? If so, you might be able to localize the source of the noise.

no thats the thing... it only does it when im driving or in trafficwhen i step on the gas and etc... i have tried to even rock the car and listen maybe i can hear the noise but nothing...i have new upper and lower mounts the motor still feels like it shifts a little harsh when i let of the gas

Maybe a problem with the transmission? Is the transmission fluid low?

Sometimes the front disc brake pads will do that. Make sure that the retaining clips are in good shape.
