Default TURBO HELP!

Just going to pick up my new SI coupe on saturday, I had a couple questions, How much ROUGHLY would it cost to turbocharge the new SI coupes? and should i wait for the engine to break in b4 i get it installed or would that harm the vehicle.. Thanks for all your help! Oh and btw, would a 2007 turbocharged SI coupe take the 2004 BMW 330ci?

There are many opinions on the "break in" period for a motor. Some say drive it like you stole it to make sure everything stays together while others might suggest not going over 5000rpm for 500-1000 miles. Personally, I would drive it like a maw-maw for awhile and definitely wait until 1000-1500 miles to boost it, butI dont' haveany reference material to back that up.

Assuming you don't want to nickle and dime a work of art like the new Si, boosting will run you at least $2,500 all the way to however much you want to spend.

Here is one: GReddy kit

And yeah, you should be able to skull drag a 330.

edit: oh yeah, I forgot to mention that you posted in the wrong section.

I agree 100% with sniper..it saves me typing. But yea, a turbo 07 Si would rape pretty much any BMW accept for an M3 and an M5.
