How do I clean/detail the front......

Black plastic mesh grill on my 2004 civic I just bought? Im going to do a full detail next week, but that front grill lookis like a PITA. Anyone have some ways that work? Thanks,

q-tips man...or an old tooth brush? make sure its soft brissle...
