that isnt a fender thats a rear quarter panel, you may just be able to open trunk and kick it out.

Got any wider shots of it? Angles along the car would show how messed up it is, and you could unbolt the front edge of that bumper to realign it.

Is the metal bent? Usually on that style, you can just push them back into the clips and back into place.
