Razor blade works best. I've done it before. I painted my window trim that had chipped off the plain silver and it got a little on the windows, and i scraped it off with a razor blade, works great.

try goo-gone, but i can't remember if it actually removes paint chips, i just know it removes a lot of crap

i know this is a little old but if you use steel wool use the 0000 stuff and you will never scratch glass even, but will remove paint fine, i used to work auto body for a couple of summers and that is what they always used on newly painted cars, im talking $10,000 paint jobs just make sure you are using 0000 and keep it wet with some glass cleaner and wash it off with a hose right when you are done so you don't have the metal chips anywhere, if you don't believe me go ask your local auto body shop.

hate to say it lol. id do the steel wool. used it on every car at my old job. hmmm bodyshop. works great.

id use the razor blade (i dont think you can scrape your window even if you tried, with the blade sideways) Thats how i always remove the city stickers........and those damn parking tickets that stick on a little too well
