no it never dried up...this stuff has always worked wonders in the past...i wipe it on and only leave it on for about 10-15 seconds on a part before i take it off cause this wax isnt suppose to dry.I dont know what it was doing it was just acting weird.I need to do something cause i need that wet look from my black like i get right after i wash it when water is still on it.
