hey guys im new and dont know much about hondas hopefully you guys can help. my wifes 2002 honda civic ex 2dr 5sp with 104.000 has the maintnence and srs light on, i went had it scand it says code P1298
definition:
BBElectric load detector (ELD) circuit hight imput
probable cause
BB1 open or short circut condition
BB2 failed ecm
right before these came on i noticed that her inner wheel wells or splash guards were off u think that might have nething to do with it? has any one else had these codes?

First open your fuse box under hood and under dash and check your fuses.
