Car won't start. I think there's something wrong with electrical ignition system. Plz help.

If anyone has ny ideas of what might be wrong with my car please let me know. When I turn the key to the acc and the on position, it works, but when i turn the key to start the car nothing happens. The car does not even try to start. So far someone has said that it might be a fuse but I've checked all the fuses I know of and they seem to be fine. Hope someone can help.

Does the motor crank when you turn the key to START?

I suffered this months ago.
Does the little green key sign on your dashboard blinks all the time???
Well if this happen you will need to reprogram your key or the starter unit.

The inmovilization chip was installed in all hondas from 2001+, one time I found a junked Civic 02 and I took the part of it and this did nothad the chip. I even took it to the Honda dealer. And he took the other car (junked)key to use it mine. He told me that this issue is caused when u introduce another key in your Honda.
