Is it normal for this light to flash on while starting the car and then disapear right away?
Or is this actually an engine light indicating something?
I have a chipped ECU so I'm pretty sure I could pull the code if I did some more research, anyone know if I need to worry about it?

 

normal, just making ssure the light works. If it stops flashing you ned to replace the bulb.

 

when you turn the key to run the check engine light should come on then go off. this is normal for every honda.
