Default Check engine light TPS error

I have a 2001 Civic LX auto trans. My check engine light came on and I the error I received off of it was that the TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) has gone out. From what I have read I believe I cannot just purchase the sensor, but I have to purchase the entire throttle body. If this is true I just wanted to make sure if I purchase the part in the attached screenshot that I will not have to purchase any additional parts. I would appreciate any advise or info on your experience or knowledge on this problem.

Also, since the error has occurred the car shifts funny (tries to stay in gear longer than it should) I know this is probably due to the fact the computer is not getting the correct feedback from the amount of throttle given to the car, but does this usually happen with this type of problem or do I possibly have more problems?
