hey every one i need some help getting this light out of my dash
i have a 90 civic dx with a D15 engine and a pm5 ecu, whenever i turn the car on the check light as usual then off then stays on

i read alot of post and i jump the two pin connector i watched it, i blinks 11 short blinks then stops for a while then it blinks 17 short blinks


i read the codes
17 is the speed sensor (but that should comes on when the car is in motion a im right)
but wat the 11 short blinks for
