What is the best way to clear my check engine light?

go to autozone........they give free engine diagnosis........theyll tell u whats wrong for free.

Well, they will read the code, but it is up to you to troubleshoot it from there. The code should point you in the right direction, not always to the exact problem.

if you are just trying to clear it, then just unhook the battery (or the ecu fuse) and let it sit for 15 minutes or so. that should do it.
