.? Gas Mileage for my 86?

What can i do to get better gas mileage for my 86? Also would i be gettin better mileage if i use higher octane gas?

what are you getting now and whats your drivng habits, and higher octane won't improve gas mileage, it might make it worse.

Right now I seem to be gettin anywhere from 22-28. I like to give her some gas sometimes, but mostly pretty normal.

try giving a tune-up change out the plugs, wires, cap and rotor. make sure the timing is correct. new air filter, oil change. try cleaning the engine with seafoam or another similar product.
