Anyways when I rev my car alway out in second, the engine will come on and stay on. Anyways My buddy has got one of those code readers, and the code said Injection Pump fuel metering Control B high, Rotor/Cam/High. What could be the problem.

 

it could be your fuel injectors. Go buy a $4 bottle of seafoam and dump it into your gas tank next time you fill up. That very well might fix the problem.
