Default Help "92" 5-speed civic want start

I was driving on the highway and my car jus turned off, I pulled over to the side of the road and tryed to restart it, but it would'nt start so i left it there over night, when i came back the next morning it started up fine but.... when i drove it it felt like it was going to turn off, I drove it for about 5-miles to my exit where i took it to the shop. They then told me thet my alarm was shorting out the fuel pump so i replaced fuel pump and got a keyless entry installed , plus i changed out the fuel filter cause i thought it might be clogged someone please help i aslo heard that it might be my main relay. Is the dash CEL ON?

When you turn the key to ON(II), listen carefully for the low humming noise of the fuel pump priming for 2 seconds. If it doesn't prime, check for a blown fuse 31 under the hood and a blown fuse 18 under the dash. If those are fine, then replace the main relay.

Have you checked for spark at the plugs?
